Facilities for Differently-Abled Persons

Madhav University is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible campus environment for differently-abled students, staff, and visitors. The university ensures that all infrastructural and service-based needs are addressed to provide equal opportunities for learning, mobility, and participation.

• Ramp Access: All major buildings, classrooms, and administrative blocks are equipped with gently sloped ramps for easy wheelchair access.
• Elevators/Lifts: Campus buildings have lifts with wide doors and accessible control panels to facilitate vertical movement.
• Tactile Floor Indicators: Dotted and grooved tiles are installed at key locations for visually impaired individuals to navigate safely.
• Wheelchair Availability: Wheelchairs are available at the campus health center and other designated help desks for use when needed.
• Accessible Washrooms: Specially designed restrooms are available with handrails, low sinks, and wide entry points for wheelchair users.
• Reserved Parking: Dedicated parking spaces close to building entrances for differently-abled persons.
• Seating Priority: Classrooms and seminar halls include easily accessible seating areas.
• Support Staff: Trained personnel are available to assist in mobility and campus orientation.
• Signage: Clear, readable signs are placed across the campus to aid navigation.
• Emergency Support: Medical facilities and rapid response systems in place to assist differently-abled individuals in case of emergencies.
